The class takes place at the family owned restaurant called Al Giardino del Gatto e la Volpe, located close to the Vatican City. It is a perfect setting with a spacious, modern kitchen used by Chef Angela and her staff daily. Your class begins with a welcome glass of Prosecco, while you meet Chef Angela and prepare to start.
Once your apron is on, its time to learn how to make Tiramisu and traditional Italian pasta including, including Ravioli with spinach and ricotta, gnocchi with four cheeses from scratch. Learn every step from mixing the ingredients, to kneading the dough and making the sauce.
After all cooking class is over, its time to sit down with Angela and enjoy what you have prepared. Lunch will be enjoyed with a D.O.C.G Vermentino wine.
